He has 7 years of experience with IBM and had held roles in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations Management prior to his current role. Thembani holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Thembani also has an MBA from St Mary's University of Minnesota. He reports to Luis Raul Rodriguez Mendoza. Luis Raul Rodriguez Mendoza is the x,i,p and RSS WW Quality Engineering Manager for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) of the IBM Corporation in Rochester, Minnesota USA. He has 18 years of IBM experience and has held management roles in Production Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Engineering across IBM sites located in Guadalajara Mexico, San Jose California, and Rochester Minnesota. He has experience with high volume automated production lines and complex hardware manufacturing and fulfillment products. Luis Raul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering Degree from the University of Guadalajara.
