Description:

A wise man once said, no one is completely worthless, they can always serve as a bad example. In this session, come hear from a battle-scarred veteran who has experience of what to do and what not to do in leading improvement efforts. This session is based on a case study of a tier-two automotive supplier, and provides insight into the joys and pains of deploying lean sigma in a unionized culture.
