Description:
|
Many companies today have implemented Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, as well as Six Sigma in order to streamline their organizational processes. Taking action towards enhancing and refining human movement will enable companies to further fine-tune these efforts, moving employees from cogs in a wheel to cornerstones of success.
This work is based on cutting edge neuroscientific (brain) research. This research has shown that the human brain and nervous system actually has the capacity to change, grow, and to be modified. What this means is that through movement, radical improvements in cognitive functioning - how we learn, think, perceive, and remember - are possible at any age
When learning occurs in a way consistent with the laws that govern brain plasticity, the mental machinery of the brain can be improved so that we work, learn, and perceive with greater precision, speed, and retention. Utilizing movement and awareness of self as the main tools of communication with the brain and nervous system, change can begin happening at a very rapid pace.
